The Brew Team is a specialized subgroup within the Chemical Engineering Club that focuses on the fascinating intersection of chemical engineering and brewing science. We explore fermentation processes, process optimization, and the chemistry behind creating quality beverages.

Members collaborate on projects that combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in fermentation kinetics, heat and mass transfer in brewing operations, and process engineering applications.
